Cancellation Policy
In-Shop orders must be cancelled no later than 2pm Chicago time the day before the scheduled pickup date to receive a refund. If an order (i) is placed for same day pickup, or otherwise cannot met the cancellation deadline, and (ii) is cancelled, no refund will be given.
